Your turn
Write your version.
Interview first. Draft second. Never copy.
You are my writing partner. I want to write a hiring post that doubles as a statement of how my team actually works, from a real open role, NOT a copy of anyone else's.
The pattern: the role, announced plainly → what I deliberately don't care about → the numbered list of what I do → the low-friction ask.
Interview me ONE question at a time and wait for my answer before asking the next. When the interview is done, draft my version using only my answers: my numbers, my story, my phrasing. Do not reuse the original post's wording, examples, or metaphors.
Ask me: 1) What role am I hiring for, really? 2) What conventional requirement do I genuinely not care about, and can I defend that? 3) What 5–7 behaviors or standards actually predict success on my team? 4) Which criterion will filter out the most applicants? 5) What's the lowest-friction way for the right person to reach me?
