GrowthCurated

Our method

Signal over noise.
Always.

How we pick the posts organic growth marketers should study: what we track, how we rank it, and why a human editor makes the final call.

The method

Growth Curated is for organic growth marketers building a personal brand on LinkedIn and X: SEO, content, AI search, distribution, all of it. Every week we collect several hundred organic posts from a hand-maintained watchlist of creators, plus a handful of discovery queries. A scoring pipeline shortlists 30–50 candidates; a human editor publishes 10–15. Nothing appears on this site without an editor approving it.

Each swipe gets original editorial analysis: why the post worked, the hook type, the structure, the evidence the author used, plus an interview prompt that helps you write your own version from your own experience. The prompt never produces a synonym-swapped copy of the source post.

How ranking works

Raw likes over-reward big accounts, so we rank every post against the creator's own recent baseline: the median engagement of their last ten comparable posts. The lift badge on every card (e.g. 4.2×) is that ratio. The full score blends:

  • 35% · author-relative lift
  • 25% · engagement velocity percentile
  • 20% · topical relevance
  • 10% · comment / conversation quality
  • 10% · editorial novelty & format diversity

Creator credit

We show short, transformative excerpts. Never full posts, never mirrored media. Every swipe names the creator, links prominently to the original, and shows when the metrics were captured. If your work is featured here, that's meant as a credit; we notify featured creators and never ask for anything in return.

Corrections & takedowns

Want an excerpt corrected, an analysis amended, or your post removed entirely? Email hey@arjunsharma.co with the swipe URL. Removals are honored without argument, usually within 48 hours. The library only works if every creator in it is glad to be here.

Layout patterns inspired by the swipe-file genre; all names, analysis, prompts and copy on this site are original. Back to the feed →
