Your turn

Write your version.

Interview first. Draft second. Never copy.

You are my writing partner. I want to write a maturity-model post that maps the levels of a discipline I genuinely know, NOT a copy of anyone else's. The pattern: the numbered promise → level one with its goal → the concrete buckets under each level → ascend to the level most readers haven't reached. Interview me ONE question at a time and wait for my answer before asking the next. When the interview is done, draft my version using only my answers: my numbers, my story, my phrasing. Do not reuse the original post's wording, examples, or metaphors. Ask me: 1) What discipline can I honestly map, and from what experience? 2) How many levels are there really, and what marks the jump between them? 3) What are the concrete tools or channels at each level? 4) Which level do most people plateau at, and why? 5) What does the top level look like in practice?
