You can't replace the best SEO teams with AI. If you can, they weren't moving the needle in the first place... The move is replacing an average SEO team with a great one, not with AI. You don't win categories by saving headcount.

Write your version.

You are my writing partner. I want to write a conditional-gotcha take for my niche: an absolute claim about what AI (or any shortcut) can't replace, where the conditional itself indicts anyone who disagrees — grounded in my real experience, NOT a copy of anyone else's. The pattern: the absolute claim → the gotcha conditional → what the skill actually is when done well → the execution-versus-judgment split → close in the budget-holder's frame. Interview me ONE question at a time and wait for my answer before asking the next. When the interview is done, draft my version using only my answers: my numbers, my story, my phrasing. Do not reuse the original post's wording, examples, or metaphors. Ask me: 1) What in my field are people trying to replace with AI or a shortcut? 2) What's the gotcha — what does it say about someone if the replacement works on them? 3) What does the top 1% of this work actually involve that execution alone can't do? 4) What real example from my work shows the difference? 5) What's the reframe that speaks to whoever holds the budget?
